I would say it was from the mayo if anything. You would have to act quick though. The doctors could prbably determine what type of bacteria caused the sickness. If the same bacteria was found in the mayo at mcdonalds for example, you may be able to prove it. But you would think that there would be more than just one case of food poisoning..
