We stayed in the tower on a smoke-free floor which saved us. You cannot escape the smoke in the rest of the hotel. Parking is free, but the "resort fee" is $34/day. That's supposed to give you access to the pool (which isn't open in the winter). We didn't do any gambling in our week in Vegas, so I can't comment on this.
