However, again it doesn't show up as detected by my PC or CAM. As such, I can't control any of the lighting on it. I again tried a different USB cable just in case to no avail. Has anyone run into this issue before? I can't imagine that it's defected as well. It's cooling just fine (48 degrees C during heavy load), just not showing up in CAM.

Dont worry about it overheating your CPU if you dont utse CAM. The pump will still run perfekt and keep your CPU cool.
