Nzxt cam not detecting kraken.
However, again it doesn't show up as detected by my PC or CAM. As such, I can't control any of the lighting on it. I again tried a different USB cable just in case to no avail. Has anyone run into this issue before? I can't imagine that it's defected as well. It's cooling just fine (48 degrees C during heavy load), just not showing up in CAM.

Yep so after pulling my hair out for 1 month I talked to NZXT support and they said that it was a common issue. The reason for that is cpu on board gpus. Now UN-install the CAM software. Then reboot. Go into Device Manager to your USB ports. Search for one associated with the Kraken system from NZXT. DELETE that USB device. Back out and re-boot. The system should detect that there is a Kraken device on a USB2 port and install its proper driver.
Dont worry about it overheating your CPU if you dont utse CAM. The pump will still run perfekt and keep your CPU cool. You wont be able to control fan Profiles/Curves and RGB without CAM but if you dont care than going without CAM is a good Idea. althius1 • 5 yr. ago. I recently bought a Kraken x62 AIO and I installed it in my nzxt h710 case. I followed the instructions to the letter: -plugged the pump header in to the 4pin CPU fan header on the motherboard. -plugged in the SATA header to the PSU. -plugged in the first radiator fan to the 4pin and the second to the 3pin header that comes out of the cpu block.
