I think that once USCIS gets/has fingerprints and sends it for the checks, it changes to “actively reviewed”. No one knows how long it will be. It depends on your field office. Check the processing times of your field office and you can calculate on that stats. My processing time has been changed 3 times. At one point, it actually disappeared. My service center is Texas and my petition was received on 08/20/21 and was mailed a letter of receipt notice 2 weeks later. I'm the US citizen petitioner and my beneficiary is from Nigeria.I applied for I-90 replacement on 10 June 2021 after 2 weeks uscis send me letter said they gonna reuse my old biometric it’s been 5 months.
